Kelley's BBQ Sauce
There is nothing better than barbequed chicken in the summer, and this is a fantastic recipe. It's got everything, heat, a touch of sweetness, and some tang.

1 small onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
¾ cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp. Mados hot sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce -
2 Tbsp. Paprika

2 Tbsp. Chili Powder

Cayenne to taste
Saute onions and garlic until translucent. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and then simmer on med low for 20 minutes.
Puree in a blender or immersion blender.
Store in the fridge for up to a week in a sealed container.
